Andy has been a part of the Smithereen team since 1981 when he started out on the front lines chasing rats and killing cockroaches. Over the years Andy took progressive steps up the chain of command from service supervisor, salesperson, retail product manager to his current role as Vice President. Although he isn’t found too often in the field he maintains his IDPH pest control licenses. He also took on the responsibilities of many of the support systems that keep a company going such as fleet management, technology, equipment acquisition, and employee benefits. He also oversees company acquisitions. Andy received a degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and has done graduate work in business management. Just like the President of Smithereen, Andy is an avid sailor when he’s not spending time with his three sons.
