What solution do you recommend for my commercial pest control needs?
For most of our commercial pest management clients we recommend an Integrated Pest Management approach to mitigate existing and potential pest problems. This approach involves regular on-site visits to inspect, identify potential issues and present solutions to control and prevent pest issues. Our experience in numerous commercial businesses, ranging from food handling to hospitals, has shown that recurring efforts are the most effective means to stay on top of pest related affairs while allowing you to maintain normal business operations.
What can I expect during my first commercial pest solution visit? What about subsequent visits?
Our initial visit to your commercial office or business will consist of a thorough inspection of the premises to look for existing pest vulnerabilities or issues. After this inspection we’ll outline what we’ve found and share our recommendations for an ongoing, preventative, integrated pest management solution. During subsequent visits our team of pest control specialists will continue to inspect your place of business while implementing pest control efforts aimed at reducing active populations and/or preventing future threats. While it is important for you to be present for our initial on-site inspection, you do not need to be present for our repeat visits, unless you wish to be.
What are the most important qualities to look for when hiring a commercial pest control professional?
When you are researching potential pest management companies it’s important to consider not only a company’s reputation and area of expertise in relation to your own pest control needs, but also to ask questions about or look into the company’s:
- Years of experience
- Active certifications
- Current customer reviews
- Guarantees
If I’m not having a current pest issue, can we put a hold on my regular service appointments?
We do not recommend halting pest control efforts until the problem actively resurfaces. With regular visits, even if pests aren’t visible, our team of pest control experts has the chance to inspect the infrastructure of your building or facility and look for new pest-related threats. Through each visit we can ensure that pest control safe guards and protections are in place to keep you, your guests and your employees in a safe and healthy environment. In addition, regular IPM visits actually help to keep pest management costs down, while the more costly efforts can be avoided through ongoing maintenance.
Do you offer off-hour services so as not to alarm our operations or deter guests?
Yes! Once we’ve conducted our initial onsite visit to identify initial pest management goals and efforts, our subsequent visits can be scheduled at a time that is most convenient for your business. If that means that our team of pest control specialists is visiting you at 11:00pm, we’re willing to implement a plan of attack that will maintain the confidentiality of our service and minimize alarm of guests, regular visitors or building inhabitants.
How soon after a bed bug treatment can guests stay in the room safely?
Our commercial bed bug services use non-toxic solutions, such as Thermal Remediation® and Cryonite® freezing. These bed bug eliminating technologies are safe and effective and leave behind no toxic chemicals or odors. That means that as soon as we’ve conducted the necessary treatments, we’ll let you know that your space is once again ready for use. These non-toxic, yet lethal, bed-bug treatments prove effective in all types of hospitality and high-traffic commercial industries, including hotels rooms, movie theaters, waiting rooms, business offices, and housing complexes among others.
